Refunds & cancellation

How the free trial, cancelling and refunds work for your BetVault subscription.

Free trial

• Your first 7 days are free. You add a card when you start the trial, but you aren't charged during it.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged anything.
• If you don't cancel, your subscription starts when the trial ends and you're charged £49, then £49 every month until you cancel.
• The free trial is for new subscribers and can only be used once per account.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from the Billing page, or email contact@betvault.vip.
• Cancelling stops your subscription renewing. You keep access until the end of the trial or the month you've already paid for. [Confirm against the Stripe customer portal setting: cancel at period end.]

Refunds

• Monthly payments are taken in advance. When you cancel, we don't usually refund the rest of the current month, but you keep access until it ends.
• If you were charged in error, or charged after you cancelled, email us within [number] days and we'll refund you.
• If you're a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days. [How this applies after the free trial, and any deduction for service already used: to confirm with legal review.]
• Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show them.
